The Story of Josh and Molly Pilcher!

Josh and I met when I was 18 and he was 24. We were engaged when I was 19 and Josh was 25 and married on August 2nd, 2014 at 20 and 26.
Once we were married, we decided it would be a great idea to buy our first house and remodel it all while being newlyweds. There were a lot of long nights spent ripping out plaster and old insulation; moving the stair way and adding another bathroom upstairs. Then picking out flooring, cabinets, counter tops and paint. It was a lot of hard work, but we were able to make it our forever home. We have now been in our home for 5 years!

After we were all moved in and settled, we thought that we would try to have a baby. We thought it would come easy, but we were extremely wrong. We tried for a year and a half before I did a bunch of testing to find out that I have Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). PCOS makes it very hard for me to get pregnant without being on the right medication. Once I was on the right medication it took 4 months and on my 21st Birthday we found out we were having a baby. We welcomed Jayde Lynn Pilcher into the world on March 9th, 2017 - 6 pounds 7 ounces and 19 ½ inches long!
After we had Jayde we decided to put a new basement under our house. For a month we lived in a camper in our back yard. Thankfully it had full hook up.  Jayde was only 3 months old, so it was hard to fit everything she needed plus all our stuff into a camper. After the basement was finished and we moved back into the house; Josh told me that he was never going camping again! 😊
When Jayde was 15 months old, we were ready to try having another baby. I started back on my medication and we thought it would take 4 months like it did with Jayde. After only 3 weeks on our 4-year wedding anniversary we found out that we were expecting. We welcomed Adleigh Grace Pilcher into the world on April 3rd, 2019 - 6 pounds 7.2 ounces and 20 ½ inches long!
After Adleigh was born we decided we wanted to build a garage that turned into Josh’s shop! It took longer than we had planned, but it is so nice not parking outside and having to scrape snow and ice off the van in the winter. Or it being so hot out in the summer that it burns your legs to sit on leather seats.
We are over the moon excited and blessed with both girls and are so happy with the way our lives have turned out! Jayde turned 3 in March and Adleigh turned 1 in April. Josh and I will be married 6 years on August 2nd, 2020!  We can’t forget my first baby, Mia Mae, our German Shepherd who will be 7 in August, Bernie our cat, and Henri our yellow lab that we adopted 4 months ago!
